Penlights are handy things, they can fit in a shirt pocket without weighing it down or looking way out of place. It can be stored in a desk drawer with the pens and pencils without being too noticeable.

The Rayovac led penlight uses one AAA battery. An alkaline battery is mentioned on the package. When purchased at Walmart, a battery was included in the retail blister pack.

The beam is more of a spot than a flood.

This is an older LED flashlight. Dim by 2015 standards, it still is useful. The flashlight’s yellow and black plastic body appears sturdy.

These are inexpensive plastic battery cases. They hold four AA or four AAA or four CR123 batteries . They are plain white.
